I am a member in good standing of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI) and have achieved the status of a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) the highest standard possible in this profession. I am a registered Master Carpenter and have a graduate diploma in Power Engineering. I have 30 + years experience in home Construction, Quality Assurance and Commercial Project Management.
